Redesigned Burger King’s infamous 2021 International Women’s Day campaign, as per a university brief, prompting the redesign of an unsuccessful advertising campaign, which aimed to tackle gender disparity in the culinary field.
This redesign equips an empowering and uplifting approach through the change in brand name and symbolic representations of victory - indicating that women in the industry are deserving of the same privilege as men.
The rip in the type subtly demonstrates the fast food establishments intentions of making the industry acessible to all, while also encouraging keen eyes to scan the QR code to find out more.
